14+ years of experience in the lighting & building controls industry with concentration in Wireless & IoT technology, Turn-key Solution Selling & Business Development, and Product & Channel Management in US and international markets. Lance started his career in Lighting at Lutron Electronics, and also worked for Encelium prior to joining Acuity in 2010. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
