WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EXHIBITOR
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
All shipping services will be provided by Freeman – Sports Authority Field does not accept show freight. Anything shipped to the stadium will be refused. Please use the shipping and receiving services provided by Freeman as described in the PDF document below.
COMING SOON: If you prefer to fill out your Exhibit Transportation Services forms online rather than completing them manually, a link will be posted here soon to allow you to do so. Check back on August 23rd for a live link.
MANUFACTURERS EVENT ITINERARY:
Wednesday, September 27th - Set-Up Day
- 1 PM Manufacturers Set-Up Begins
- 5 PM Manufacturers Set-Up Concludes
Thursday, September 28th - Event Day
- 7 AM Manufacturers Set-Up Begins
- 9:30 AM Manufacturers Set-Up Complete
- 10:00 AM Event Begins – Guests Arrive
- 10:30 AM First Presentation Begins
- 11:00 AM – 1 PM Taco Bar is Served
- 3:30 PM Final Presentation Begins
- 4:30 PM Happy Hour Begins
- 6:30 PM Last Call for Open Bar
- 7:00 PM Event Concludes – Guests Exit
- 7:15 PM Strike Begins
- 9:00 PM Strike Concludes – all equipment must be removed by 9PM
*Please refer to the Shipping and Receiving link for details regarding the arrival of all equipment that is being shipped for the event. Note that Sports Authority Field will decline any shipments mailed directly to the site.
